People to book
As soon as you have
set the date, get started on booking these key
people:
Vicar/Priest/Rabbi/Celebrant
If you want someone specific to conduct your wedding
ceremony, you need to book him or her early.
Photographer
Find a wedding photographer you like, who is not
going to be too bossy or take too long.
Florist
Talk early to a florist, to find out which flowers
will be in season for your wedding and to discuss
your requirements.
Musicians/Singer(s)/DJ
Particularly if you want live musicians and/or
singers, you need to book early.
Magician
It makes all the difference to have a wedding
magician to perform strolling, close-up magic
and/or cabaret magic at your wedding reception.
Toastmaster
A toastmaster
relieves you and your team of a lot of the pressure
on the day by taking charge of the wedding breakfast
rituals.
Wedding
car driver
Book someone to bring a luxurious limousine or
classic car to take the bride and her father (or
whoever is travelling with her) to the church
or ceremony venue.
Hairdresser
As the bride, you will want to make sure you can
visit your favourite hairdresser on the morning
of your wedding, so book in early to make sure
he/she is available. It is also a good idea to
go in advance of the big day as well, to try out
styles.
Make-up
artist
Book in someone to come to you on the morning
of the wedding and make you look and feel your
glamorous best.
